Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase and tell all your family and friends about us!
Gift cards and event tickets are non-returnable/non-refundable.

All Seek Dry Goods poly bags and boxes can be reused for your returns and exchanges. Peel off or cover over the original shipping label with your new return label. Not only does this help you save money, but helps reduce the use of additional packaging!
In the return package, include: customer name, order number (order number can be found on order confirmation email or on shipping label of original package).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure to keep the tracking number for your returned item, as you are responsible for it until we receive the returned goods. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You may exchange your unused and undamaged product for another product of equal or lesser value. There are two options for exchanges:
Option 1: Return original package to our business address (13432 Shiloh Drive Conifer, CO 80433). Include a note or email email@example.com to indicate reason for return. Separately, purchase the new product from seekdrygoods.com. We will refund you for the original product when we receive the return package. Please note that you will be charged for both products until the original package is returned to us.
Option 2: Return original package to our business address (13432 Shiloh Drive Conifer, CO 80433). Include a note within the package listing the product name, color and size you want to exchange your product for. If the requested item is in stock, we will send the new product once your returned product is received. *We cannot guarantee the requested item will be available by the time we receive your exchange request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item are processing your refund or exchange. If for any reason your return is not approved, we will also notify you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within about 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items
We do not accept returns or refunds on Final Sale items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
